One of Bali’s most well-known fine dining restaurants, Sardine serves French cuisine in a setting of green rice paddies and banana trees. The restaurant itself sits in a bamboo pavilion and serves up fresh and healthy organic produce from the farm. It has the most beautiful setting and the food is fantastic, mostly seafood and french inspired with traditional Balinese meals also on the menu we loved the views of the rice fields from the dining area. Sardine sources vegetables from its own organic garden. More than half the restaurant is dedicated to a working rice field, allowing tourist to walk around the rice field. Sardine has a big wow factor from the second you arrive Highly recommend. Opening Hours Tuesday – Sunday 11am – 9pm Cost $10 -$30
