CELUK SILVER FACTORY TOUR

The small village of Celuk is best known for it's gold and silver craftsman. Almost all local residents, work as silver craftsman or involved in selling Balinese Silver, Hand making rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, brooches and all kinds of jewelry. 

The village was included on our stopover tour to Ubuds Monkey forest. The silver and gold shops line the roads approximately 10km northeast from Denpasar. 

Visitors are welcomed to watch them making the jewelry and you can see the finished products on display , allowing visitors to inspect all the different designs. If you wish to inspect an item closer, you may ask the gallery or shopkeeper to take them out for you, and they will be happy to explain the process of production and other interesting details behind the items.

You will find most of the items have price tags, Doesn't mean you cant bargain for a better deal. Our guide said to Start with half of what the price is on the tag then work you way up.
