Chocolate CHRISTMAS WREATH Ripple Cake

Ingredients

  • 900 ml of thickened cream
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons of caster sugar
  • 2x 250g packets of Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
  • Cadbury flake chocolate, Allen's Raspberries and Allen's spearmint leaves to decorate.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large bowl add the thickened cream, vanilla essence and sugar. Using an electric mixer, whisk together until thickened

  • Using a large plate place a little cream between the chocolate ripple biscuits and stand them on the plate in a circle, creating a wreath shape.

  • Using a spatula, spread a cream layer over the Chocolate Ripple biscuits making sure to cover all the biscuits.

  • Once the biscuits are covered, you can start to decorate the cake, I used Allen's raspberries and Spearmint leaves to create mistletoe and then sprinkled with some crushed Cadbury flake chocolate.
