Mix all ingredients together it should be really sticky and may not feel like it will make a ball. Prepare 2 bowls one with water one with coconut. Wet your hand with water just one hand with the other hand pick up some mixture and make a ball try to push it a little so it is firm. Roll in coconut put it in a container and start on the next one.

Preheat oven to 100C .Cover a sheet pan with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.Toss the bananas in lemon juice.Arrange the bananas in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.Bake for 2 hours, flip the slices with a metal spatula, and continue to bake for 1.5 hours longer, or until desired crispness.Remove from oven and transfer the chips to a wire rack.Cool completely. The longer they cool, the crunchier they will get.Store in an airtight container. Optional: Drizzle chips with honey once out of oven. Method Combine water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes or until foamy. Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the yeast mixture and oil. mix until all ingredients are combined. Use your hands to bring the dough together in the bowl. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a clean bowl and Cover with clear wrap and set aside in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size. Once risen you can separate and make your bases. Make sure you put flour on the bench so that it doesn't stick. This will make approx three standard pizza bases. Best way to keep the kids quiet get them to make their own pizza's
