Funtopia opens in currum downs
Funtopia will open the doors to the biggest indoor adventure play centre in the country this October in Carrum Downs, located in Melbourne’s south-east.
Featuring Australia’s largest indoor playground, the world’s safest and most technically advanced climbing walls, restaurant-quality food and drinks at the on-site café, Mr Spriggins, as well as world- class party and function spaces, Funtopia Carrum Downs has been designed to keep everyone from toddlers to nanna having bucketloads of fun!
Last week we sent Christina and her beautiful family for a sneak peek into Funtopia Carrum Downs just before it opens on October 10.
Funtopia in Carrum Downs is an amazing indoor adventure park for children of all ages. The first thing that you’ll notice is this place is HUGE! So much to do and you could very easily spend the entire day here which makes it great value for money.
Secondly, there is an awesome cafe called Mr Spriggins onsite with high quality food and more importantly excellent coffee! Thirdly, from toddlers to pre-teens, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
This isn’t a regular play centre. Yes it caters for all ages but what sets it apart from the others is the staff engagement with everyone. Staff are actually in the play areas with the kids supervising and helping them. This means that the parents can relax and actually drink their coffee and eat their food while it’s hot!
From a practical point of view there is heaps of onsite parking, there are high chairs available, baby change facilities and an area to store shoes. It is absolutely worth a visit to Funtopia.
We will be back!
Thanks to Christina for her guest post!
Christina is a mother of 2 children and you can follow her adventures @the_stingy_mama.
