Sand Sculpting Australia - Friends, Foes and Super Heroes
Sand Sculpting Australia together with The Walt Disney Company Australia is excited to present to you - Friends, Foes and Super Heroes.
For four months from Boxing Day 2014, the Frankston Waterfront will be again transformed as over 3,500 tonnes of sand is carved into spectacular sculptures as Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Starwars characters come to life in large scale sand sculptures. Kids can have their photo taken with the interactive sculpture displays, have their faces painted, play in the gigantic sand pit or lego zone, enjoy in the fun in the Disney Zone or take part in the paid arts and crafts.
You will be amazed as the likes of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, all of the Disney Princesses including Princess Elsa and Anna from Frozen come to life in front of your eyes.
Star Wars fans are also in for a treat with Darth Vader, Yoda, Jabba the Hutt and the Death Star included.

Nature Park - Royal Park
When visiting the hospital we can't go past spending some time at the nature park just out side the hospital , our kids love exploring around the different paths running through the water play area and my favourite is rolling down the huge grass hill kids love it! We also enjoy coming here for family BBQ's only down side no real shade available as its all open so bring a shade tent..
The features of the park, such as plants and play elements, represent the seven Wurundjeri seasons, as a way to encourage discovery and understanding of Indigenous Melbourne.
The networks of paths invite children to explore further into Royal Park through its broader landscape with gullies, grasslands and woodlands.The accessible, nature-based play space includes a climbing forest, a rocky escarpment with slides, swings and water play elements great for warmer weather.
