Beneath and BeyondThese school holidays go on an adventure to the very bottom of the ocean and travel past the creatures that live in the shallows. Lie back surrounded by stars and nebula's before arriving at a dance party on an alien planet!  Through theatre trickery and special effects, Beneath and Beyond takes you on an a 4D adventure through underwater landscapes and alien worlds, all created out of recycled plastic.  Formally presented at Carlton Courthouse with the support of La Mama Theatre, and elements of the installation presented as 'Beneath' at ArtPlay, this interactive experience earned a nomination for the best kids event at Melbourne Fringe.  By using only recycling to create the world, Beneath and Beyond also leads visitors to think about the impact of waste on our environment and also have a play/craft station set up following the performance, allowing kids to create their own sea critters or rockets.
