The festival showcases the diversity of Turkish street foods and introduces new tastes and flavours to visitors. This year's festival will include many new offerings for vegans and vegetarians to enjoy, as traditional Turkish cuisine provides a rich selection of meat- and dairy-free foods. A chef from Turkey will show how to use some of Turkey's traditional ingredients and flavours. The Turkish Pazar Festival also shares and celebrates Turkish culture by featuring diverse styles of Turkish music and folklore, arts and crafts in the day-long stage program.
