This summer The Langham, Melbourne will present a Super Mario Odyssey-themed high tea that ties in with the launch of the latest instalment in the Super Mario franchise, Super Mario Odyssey for Nintendo Switch. Little Langham high tea lovers and adults alike will be treated to a selection of sweets inspired by the Mario’s CAP-tivating, globetrotting adventures in Super Mario Odyssey. The highly-anticipated video game is already shaping up to be the hottest Nintendo Switch release of the holiday season. From Gold Coin cupcakes and Toad mushroom macarons, to Mystery Block lamingtons and Power Moon cookies, the menu is full of treats straight from the Mushroom Kingdom….and other exotic locales! The Super Mario Odyssey high tea also features Princess Peach muffins and Cappy toasties, delicate cucumber-ribbon sandwiches and the perennial kid’s favourite combination of ham and cheese, served with raspberry cordial or hot chocolate. Due to popular demand, this holiday season, adults can also indulge their love of all things Mario for $59.00 per adult which includes espresso coffee, leaf tea and a glass of sparkling wine or $69.00 with a carry away Mario cap.
